Bylaws, Policies, and Procedures
Since its formation in 1956, FEPA’s actions as an organization have been governed by a formal set of By-Laws and Administrative Policies and Procedures. The By-Laws serve as the Association’s foundation and outline FEPA’s mission, purpose, function, member rights and expectations and organizational structure.
The Administrative Policies and Procedures amplify the By-Laws with additional details on programs and business practices. The By-Laws and Administrative Policies and Procedures have evolved over time as the Association has matured and expanded its membership.
Today’s documents reflect a robust non-profit, 501(c)(3) recognized corporation with a basis in training and professional development to support emergency management practitioners as they meet their complex responsibilities.
